Join us for a group meditation to support your Uniquely Beautiful self mind, body ,and soul. Meditation supports stress relief, peace of mind, and peace within the body.
In our group meditations we combine calming/focusing techniques with guided imagery, color work and more to help create a space energetically for peace and self-awareness.
The meditations are unique with each session, often the meditation portion lasts 30 to 45 mins at most, then we share openly in a uniquely beautiful intuitive contemplation. Our goal is to keep these sessions smaller offering a safe, more inviting space for everyone to join and share openly
